Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping: 

Orders are shipped out M-F via USPS Ground Advantage, usually within 3 business days of purchase. This does not include holidays. You can expect longer turnover times during our busy season between the months of December-April. Processing times can up to 5-7 business days, but we try to keep it as short as possible! If you need your item in a rush, please feel free to send us a message and we'll see what we can do to help. 

Due to order volume and trying to get orders out as quickly as possible, we cannot add items or combine orders. Please place a separate order for any additional items.

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship outside of the mainland US. We do apologize!

How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Most packages arrive within 5-7 days from shipment.

*Mail delays happen. Once packages have been shipped out, they are your responsibility. While I will do my best to answer questions and look into lost/delayed packages, your best bet is to contact USPS.com or check with your local post office and use the tracking number associated with your order.  

Lost or Stolen Packages - Unfortunately I only see the same tracking information that is given to you, and once it's shipped out, it's truly 100% out of my hands. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.

If your package is missing, I recommend:

Double checking the shipping address you used on your order. Checking with house members and neighbors. Ask your local carrier and/or check with your local mailing branch. USPS can give you GPS coordinates of where it was delivered. As long as your carrier was doing their job, the information should be accurate and will tell you where it was delivered. If that is not successful, you can file a lost mail claim with USPS who can further investigate what happened to your parcel. Please note I will not replace stolen packages. Unfortunately porch piracy is a true growing crime, it is your job as a buyer to provide a safe place to receive your mail, be it a PO Box, or getting mail sent your work address. Failing all of the above, please feel free to reach out, but know my options are limited once parcels are dropped off or picked up. Usually the best thing is to wait a week or so to see if it surfaces, which in most cases, it will! 

 

Returns:

Due to the nature of seeds, only unopened packages may be returned within 7 days of delivery at buyers expense. Opened seed packets will not be accepted. Please email us at originandnorth@gmail.com.
